Interrupt bar not working

Hello,

Can someone help me how to setup interrupt bar here?
No matter what I do or what version I try it just doesnt work.
Best one I found was this one below, I followed the read me instructions however it works for like 10 seconds and then it just stops tracking anything.

Same for MikScrollingBattleText it just randomly works one day and does not work for some time afterwards no matter what version I try. My friend has exact same issues

you need a combat log fixer addon, it will prevent that issue.

I was wondering why is the combat log almost always empty too, I had no idea those addons are based on it.
