I noticed I am no longer earning the XP for daily quests in northrend(dalaran) or outland(shattrath) for cooking or fishing. Is there a cutoff for earning XP after you have done them daily for a period of time?

As far as I know, for repeatable quests, you usually only earn XP the first time you turn them in
