Balance changes

Thanks for making and maintaining the server.

Though the difference between a fully geared character and a starter character is enormous.

Also priests have it rough already (seeing the 2v2 or 3v3 ladder is almost exclusively Paladin (or druid or shaman),
playing as a starter priest is basically unplayable.

My suggestion would be to buff the starter gear and perhaps buff the maximum HP of priests (and perhaps other classes) by 5 to 10%.
