On Lordaeron server I just bought a characcter but ring for reputation with Ashen Verdict is missing and I am unable to take a quest. I also open an in game ticket for that but after three days I have no response.
Any suggestion what to do?

Wait for a response to your ticket.
You can also do it the fast way - buy the ring for coins.
