Made a coin mistake, need assistance.

Totally my screw-up. I mistook "re-customization" for "race change".
I'm wondering if I can possibly get one-time assistance backing out the coin expenditure.
Not the cash transaction, just re-bank the coins so I can add more.


I opened up an in-game ticket, but I don't even know if those work, lol.
Likewise, I have not "used" the recustomization.
