Refreshed about a dozen times, unfortunately it doesn't work.
Did you log in recently? Maybe try logging in game, then clearing history and cache of the browser and restarting the backup. The backup download shouldn't take more than a few minutes tbh. You could also try a different browser I guess.
Im having the same issue, it is stuck at 99% and doesnt allow me to 'download'.
I too tested it, seems it's stuck for me aswell. Could be a website issue again like the download and store errors that happened recently.
Yeah, I suppose it is. Some day ago it wasn't sending authentication codes also.
Several parts of the website have gone belly up recently. Is the guy responsible for the website MIA?
