account compromised and gears deleted

Hello few days ago i was playing from a cafe and my account was compromised , but i managed to recover it. but some 1 deleted my warlocks gears. but i usually keep the website backup's of the account . i made a support ticket on the support warmane email to get the help to get my gears back i already attached the backup WEBS file in the email , its been 3-4 days but no one reply me on the email . do i need to do anything else ? so that gm can help me solve this issue

webs will be used only in the case where the whole database is lost.
You can have the staff restore items which were bought for coins and nothing else.
Enable 2FA and get better security, that's all you can do.
