I didn't play the game for like 3 months and my character is lost my realm is frostmourne but my character wasn't there but when I opened here on the website and go to the store there is a frostmourne S1 and my character is there but on the game there isn't a frostmoure S1 there what's wrong with this can someone help me with this problem thankyou

"Frostmourne" realm has been resetted for the beginning of "Season 2"

You can still play with your old characters from "Season 1" by transfering them to "Icecrown" realm
