Whats happen with Lieutenant Rachel Vaccar <Outland Armor Quartermaster> ? She sells not what I need! I need this item http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/npc=12778 , but it is missing!
Based on what I know, almost everything is missing there, which should be for patch 3.3.5
For example: http://armory.warmane.com/character/...ecrown/profile this guy have necklace what trader dont to sell. Help me please understand what going on.

He bought it from the warmane store for coins. Sadly there is no other way of obtaining these off-parts.

oh well, it's a pity of course, on my previous server (3.3.5) they were :(, thanks for helping to clarify the situation =)
