Send an e-mail to [email protected] with all info you have to prove you're the owner of the account and they might help you.

Do as Thorbjorn suggested. You need to prove that you're the account owner to be able to change the email. "I had X named Paladin" doesn't mean anything. Donation amounts, dates, that sort of thing can help. Once you've send the email to [email protected] you'll have to wait for few days for them to get back to you.
Maybe next time don't delete your google account out of blue?
