glitched and died and not able to spawn

i charged thru a wall accidentally and now cannot respawn. it says press accept but it doesnt do anything. thanks! ign gumbles and on frost realm

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck
