Cannot login to my acc.

Hello, today i downloaded warmane WoW again after a long time that i have played it. I am playing on a new device and the old one is no longer in my possesion. I recovered my old account and tried to log in but i only recieved a message saying : "You have been disconnected.". I am not even able to see the realm tab. I am stuck in the log in screen. I tried several attempts and options but results are the same. I checked my realmilst and it is correctly set up to warmane realmlist. I tried to start the application as administrator but this did not work as well. I tried running wow in a different compatibility (Win XP compatibility) but this did not help either.

Can someone suggest a hint that could help me solve this problem please?

Is it possible that you are logging with email instead of account name?
