When I change faction my armor and wapons are transferred?

When I change faction my armor and wapons are transferred? I was thinking of changing my faction. But I'm not sure if my items will transfer. Can solve my doubt please? Thanks

everything will be transfered.

The only change is about "Reputation" and "Race Mount"
They will be swapped with the equivalent of the new faction.
Also, some gear will be converted as well. In case it does not happen you will need to open a ticket in-game for GM support.
Example: This http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=47604 will be converted into this http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=47603
