Scroll of deception

Hey there,

I recently got my first scroll of deception on my level 19 twink and had some questions, first of all on the original release topic it says it can not be used to BoE items, only BoP. Is this still the case? And another thing I was wondering about, how do enchants work with the transmog? Does the weapon you're changing appearance op dictate what enchant there's on it or is it the weapon you're changing it to?

It can be used on BOE items, as long as they are Soulbound to you.

Doesn't matter the skin of a weapon it will use enchant visual that is on weapon. Unless skin has its own effect, like few weapons do.
