Window crash, when i close WoW

Hello, I meet a problem quite regularly, when I disconnect, leaves or even with Alt F4, my windows completely crash and does not answer anymore, oblige to turn off with the ignition button .... if anyone. One to an idea where the problem comes from, thank you :)

Reinstall windows. Clean tho - no upgrading / fixing / dice rolling. Make a bootable usb, boot from it and format your current windows partition. The rabbit hole is probably too deep and not worth going down in it.
