Hello, i haven't logged in for a long time, i had a Troll Shaman - Evolk on frostmourne s1, i thought he was transferred to Icecrown, but i cant find that specific toon on any realm. Can u look into this matter?

It's transferred only if you transfer it.
Done via services and selecting Frostmourne S1 as realm.
