Icons Bug

I recently started to have a bug that happens only with one of my account where I can't see some icons or where I see everyone as "FlightMaster" (see SS) and some other things.

I tried to delete Cache or the WTF file of that account, but the issue still persist. Not sure how to fix the issue now.

Judging by the gold screenshot, you've enabled colorblind mode.
About the "flightmaster" issue I have no clue.
