Serbian money is not good?

So, for the sake of just asking, is it possible that people from Serbia must encounter multiple struggles with donations on this server?

Went to Paymentwall website, and it seems to still have 2 applicable payment methods for Serbia, them being :

1 - Mobiamo

2 - Mint

The question is following :

Why does the Warmane support neglect the problem at hand for over a week?

It has been presented ingame, on the website and now in this matter, we got no response other then "We will LOOK into it!" and im starting to think that you guys are chugging cokes or beers while leaning over 1 monitor and looking into it for hours laughing, while no progress is made or anything is announced.

If you do not like Serbian money, which is also Euros, like everyone else's in EU, then you can say so in a blue post or something.

All jokes aside, could we please get an alternative to paymentwall till you guys fix this issue? Because it seems that the Serbian proxy, or what ever it's called on the website isn't being payed/supported no more, and I think that 100 euros on a monthly bases from 1 person isn't a negligible amount of money for anyone to say "**** it, this is too complicated!"

In what regard is that a solution to this problem?

That is just a bypass and also not legal, cause my card can get blocked, that also depends on the bank and their comprehension of suspicious card usage.

So after me reporting a problem with paymentwall and it's supported methods on this website, you proceed to talk about paysafecard and how it's available in serbia?

You must have something going on against people from my country, or just in general, cause if someone says something doesn't work like it used to work before, you don't go around and spit on their words while saying it does and "here's the proof!" things.

Did contact tech Warmane support about this problem, and they aknowledged it...well a week ago, and here you are, saying that the problem doesn't exist.

Also, as I said, if my card is used in a local supermarket and at the same day in GB or Poland, that flags it for suspension and re-validation on my bank's part, which in Serbia takes ages, because you gotta go to the bank in person and deliver documents and receipts, wait in line for about 3 hours min, just to donate on a website that doesn't care enough to fix it?

Thank you for trying to help on the first comment, even tho I'm not an ***** and am aware of VPN's, so don't think I haven't tried this before, cause I did, and i had to go to the bank and all the ****s and giggles I said in the previous line.

Can I get an employee to at least give us a status to how they are managing this problem, as it's been about a week and some days since that happened and was reported.

You could buy a Mint card online without a VPN, for example, here: https://www.offgamers.com/game-card/...repaid-card-eu

And then use it on Warmane using a VPN from a country that has Mint cards. That should not cause any issues with your bank.

Warmane has been using only Paymentwall for several years, even though many people have been having issues with it. It's probably not that easy to get a more reliable payment provider for a service like Warmane.

Since I did not make myself crystal clear, this is what's going on when I press donate.

And when you go to their websites, they do not have any issues with payment methods in serbia.

It looks like those payment methods might be disabled only for Warmane. But we can't know if Warmane has disabled them or if Paymentwall has disabled them for Warmane and what the reasons are. So we can't just assume that Warmane staff can simply go and enable it.

In any case, my previous post was only meant to show that there is a safer workaround that shouldn't cause issues with your bank.

Did not say that it is as simple as enabling it, if you would be as inclined as to read carefully, I was asking about the progress since no info about it was given, and it would be a good move to let people that support the server know what the actual problem is after a week of it being reported and not fixed.

If that's the case, you most likely won't get the answer here since this forum section is for players to help other players and staff members rarely reply to forum threads in this section.

Man, read the statement, there are none offered. If mint or mobiamo was offered, it would be fine, but none are...

Is there any kind of an update for when we will be able to donate?

No news yet. I talked to a moderator from our country about 3 weeks ago, and he said that the warman would solve the problem in two weeks. Nothing yet
