Hello,i was looking at armory for some rare names that are not in use on a server (icecrown) and i saw that "lol" was not in use. So i bought CHARACTER RENAME in hope that i could rename my character to "lol".
i would be thankful if you let me use that name or if you refunded me.

Either lol is in use (by some lvl 1 most likely) or it's prohibited name in the 1st place.
its not in use by anyone ,its most likely unavailable or something like that.
If you bought it with points, there is no support for that and refunds are not possible. If you bought it with coins, you can try making a support ticket on website: https://www.warmane.com/account/support
To more accurately check if a name is available, you should try creating a new character with the name instead of just checking armory.
