Hi i did get arena points and i played more than 10 games in the week. this also happened to another pj of me so i want to know why that happened. thank u

The team has to play at least 10 games and you must play at least 33% of the games played to receive the points.

This means that in case other players of that team have played more matches during the week, your "10 games" were not enough (because less than 33% of the total games of the week)
