Characters/Account gone

Hello, hopefully an admin will be able to help me.

So a while ago i was playing on Frostmourne S1 (just installed the game again], i had a few lvl 80s over there but i dont see them when trying to transfer them to icecrown.
I might've had a different account but i don't think i did. And i tried all 3 of the email adresses i would ever use to create an account but none of them receive an email if i try to recover the account name.
Sooooo could someone "pm" me or something and maybe help me get the account back (if it even is a different one from this one], or help me recover the character if this one was the account i used back then (im guessing it is).
btw i 100% didn't delete them before quitting.

you need to "manually" move them to Icecrown realm: https://www.warmane.com/account > service
Select "Frostmorune - S1" as realm

If you do not see any characters it means:
1. You were using a different account
2. Someone logged your account

In any case you may send an email to [email protected] for support (with as much details as you can provide)

I have forgotten to say that in case of premium account you may open a ticket on website for support (which should faster than email support)
