Arena Titles were NOT given

Hello, last arena season i ended up with 2535 Solo Que rating and at the end of the season i didn't receive Warbringer and Plainsrunner titles.

Does anyone know why ?

I opened a ticket and they told me to email warmane but so far no answer was given...
