How do I get into Raids and Dungeons?

Hello, I just reached level 80 in the game and would like to do WotLK's heroic dg's and raids, however I can't find a queue, do I still need to do something? Like the raid queues give error, and the dg's just the normal ones, what do I still need? Thank you for your help.

Random Dungeon Finder Heroic requires more gear, once you have more gear, you can queue there.
To raid, join a guild and for all sorts of premades, I recommend you to join global chat. I recommend making another chat tab, join global, remove global from general chat tab, and enable it only on the new one.

Either do quests for reputation gear; visit AH for 187-264 ilvl BoE's(187-200 are usually quite cheap); or join FoS PoS groups.
