1) No. Transfers before the season end aren't possible.Quote:

When transfers from Frostmourne will be available into less bugged realms? Icecrown probably is less bugged - when can i apply for transfer there?
Icecrown and Frostmourne are like the same core. Just a bit different rates and frostmourne being seasonal.Quote:
