Hello! I bought an item from the store with points but I accidentally sent it to the wrong character, I haven't picked it up from the mail so it's not bound to that character yet, is there any way for me to send the item to the correct character?

Items bought with points can't be refunded or returned. You'll have to vote and collect points again.
