Purchased wrong weapon with coins

I've accidently bought the wrong weapon from the store. I meant to purchase the Heroic version of Oathbinder but i've accidently bought the normal version. Please can this be changed? I had enough coins for it.

Edit: I've just seen the option to create a ticket so I've done that. Hopefully this gets resolved or I'll cry.

Hopefully you opened the item misbuy ticket, not the general one.
