I've Purchased STS with 23 coin to wrong character: Icio - Icecrown, the purchase ID is 43013002, Could you please reverse the transaction or send it to my character named Cassum - Icecrown. I'm keeping the mailbox unretrieved on the wrong-purchased character.

I don't see the Mis-Buy option in there, only Ban Appeal is there. I've received coin from my friend, didn't get the coin through donation. Does is the reason that i Dont see the Mis_buy option?Quote:
