Odd name changes

So I just recently relogged into my Warmane account after like 2 years+ of not playing. However when I logged in it showed that my account was accessed 5 days ago from an IP I didnt recognize.

So I logged in and 2 of my characters had no name (of course, they got cycled out) however my main 3 level 80s had weird variants of my account name as their character names.

Which means someone must have logged in. However I used the same password I always have so obviously they didnt bother changing it, so maybe they logged in and just decided they didnt want to bother?

I didnt check my bank and Im no longer in my old guild, which apparently was hacked as well, according to one of my old guild mates. Anyway, Ive since changed my password and put 2 factor authenticator on, but is there anyway I can get either my old character names back or allow me to make new names for them?

Seeing as how account security is your responsibility there's no support for issues that come out of account breach as you should've secured it better the first time around.

Its not about account security, I had no problems logging in and Ive now taken the proper precautions so it doesnt happen again. Im asking if theres anyway to get a name change for my characters. Did you read the full post?

You can change name for Points or Coins
