Suggestion about Greed/Need/Pass rolls on trinkets in dungeons

Ok, so... from some time now ninjaing trinkets in dungeons is a thing for many scummy people around. They do it for ilvl improvement to be able to queue heroics or mindless gs upgrading, either way - ninja is ninja!
Casters shouldnt be able to need on tanking trinkets, and the other way around. Like how we arent allowed to need on cloth or leather items when we are mail or plate users and the other way around, trinkets should be handled the same way. Only greed and pass option and need should be available only to classes that really could have needed that item for usage!

would you allow an armor penetration trinket to be rolled by a paladin? what about a BM hunter? and a UHdk?
what about sp trinkets? are they for caster dpsers or healers too?

the system works just fine, the problem is not being able to "need" stuff or not, is the community itself.

to put it short: if you see a ninja, just report it.
