Banned for unknown reasons?

Hello there. i did recive a ban today for 2 days.

I had not commited any crime to deserve this ban for ninja looting in dungeon. I have not ninja loted an item.. I told a GM earlier that i did missclicked an staff for the first level 58 dungeon in hellfire penisuela. I dont know why i recived this ban on my account. i wanted to trade the item back but he accused me for ninja looting and said he would get me banned. i do not deserve this ban at all. i dont wish any harm to the community on warmane. can this be solved rather quick?

You can appeal it and prove your innocence or ask to be spared. Your ticket will get trough the line few days after your ban expires and you might reverse bad standing of your account(if 2 days ban decreases it). But you even confessed yourself, so It's pretty confusing, you know why you got banned, but "unknown reason" or what is going on here?
