I made a ticket, he reviewed it in 10 seconds and closed it. Not the first time this has happend by the same guy. Is there a way to make a formal complaint about a particial employee of warmane staff? I know that there is no authorities that warmane staff look after, thats why they don't care to provide with quality support. Any ideas where should I go or what authorities can I go to ?
