Item missbuy with points

Greeting .

I have a problem, and i hope there is a solution to it.
I wanted reclaim a weapon from my collected points via website, but I missed the character select.
The weapon sended to my another character.

What opportunity do i have to solve this problem?
Any chance to send the weapon to right character or refund the spent points my account and delete the item from my wrong character?

Pointshop-purchases are not subject of support in case you do a misbuy. Just wait till you have points again and double check from now on.
