Donation status

I have donated before on this account. Now it says when i try to sell a character that I need to donate. Have I lost the donation status?

Ples help me.

now only account which have donated at least 10$/€ can sell on Trade

I have donated 25 eur so I should be able to do it.

Can you be more specific?
what does it display the "error" message you get?

Also, have you gained many coins via Trade/gift recently?

When i trade to "trade" my character it says : "A minimum of 5 coins is required to sell via the trading system, you have donated for 0"

But I have donated 25 eur, it was like 5 years ago but i don't think that should matters.
If I go to "My Account" then "Full History" It says I have donated so.

And no I haven't gained any coins via trade/gift.

Btw if you have donated 25€ you may open a ticket on website for support:
https://www.warmane.com/account > support > create ticket > general enquiry

Yea, can't open a ticket. and donation rank says Regular.

Then send an e-mail to [email protected] and they should change your rank to Premium.
