Hi, i'm about to do my first raid with a new guild and it will be Naxx 10.
I've been reading a lot about the mechanics of the raid but i'd like to know more about talents and possible gear that i can get.

your gear looks pretty decent, I'd advice merely switching out Tricks of the Trade Glyph out for Rupture as the extra Dot Dmg should cover you nicely as you only really do Tricks to help with start threat which if your tank is already doing decent by himself shouldn't be worried about as it should be more so used to pickup adds or help control a chaotic situation like a threat wipe.
