Vote points bug

i have bug with collecting points
what can i do anyone can help please

I log on site regularly and when i click to collect points the red message pops out
"you do not have any points to collect"

I'd guess that you've lost your 1000 achievements, thus no longer able to claim them. Also, if it is not the case, you must log into game to collect points on site

"You have not logged in-game today." would show up if it was about not logging in.
