Strange problem, coins are not coming

Hello. I have a problem because I sent myself coins from my account to the other one because I managed to sell the character through the trade system and I wanted to buy items for a new character.
I sent the coins flawlessly, I have shown in the tab that it was sent to this character (there is no such old character with this name).
I am waiting and waiting to enter my account and the coin is gone.
Coins did not receive
I don't know what the problem is because I did it myself
I got nervous, but sent a small amount of it.
I decided to send it again and repeated the action and the coins also did not arrive

Wrong name used to send coins, or it was a scam. Pick one of the two.

Do note, you use CHARACTER NAME (and realm) to decide who to send coins, not account.
