somehow got stuck

hello, i need some help for my character fredurst, i quit the game out of trail of the champion the other day now when i log back in it freezes my game and then after a minute it kicks me out of the game, is there some kind of way to move myself out of the dungeon without playing as the character? thanks

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

It will move your character to HS location
