Can i ask why the support is not doing their job right ? In the last 6 months i reported like 6 ninja looters in raids and dungeons my screen is full of ninja looter screenshots and i see them playing every single day they are online i just receive a ticket that they will investigate and the support does nothing ?
Can someone tell me why ?
I can post some ninja looter names and screenshots you can see that they are playing everyday without punishment.
Anyone got the same problem ?
Probably support doesnt consider that ninja looting? Ive seen multiple people getting banned for ninja loot.
It's either:
1. it wasn't ninja looting in the first place
2. you provided insufficient or completely wrong evidence

Same problem I have reported players for ninja looting and they ain't getting banned.
