Roll a DK without a level 55?

Is this possible some way? I've tried on all four realms and I cannot. Any help would be appreciated!

at the moment this perk works even on Lordaeron and Frostmourne

Thanks for the info all. I just want to play a DK in preparation for possible Classic release and heard this was the best private server for Wrath out there.
