died out of map and theres no spirit healer (dk lvl 63)

i bugged and fell out of the world and died and when i got back where i was dead the res msg didint apeard so i got back to the havenshire's spirit healer and theres no spirit healer there idk if it cause of have [undying resolve] or what but i really need help with this

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck
