Hello its been more than a year since i last played, and now all my characters on all realms are gone, i had max lvl DK night elf and others i cant remember. How can i retrieve them.

If they were on Frostmourne S1, you can transfer them via https://www.warmane.com/account/services by selecting Frostmourne S1 -realm.
If they are gone from in-game, they are gone. There's a chance some character(s) might be able to be restored via the aforementioned link.
You may have had somebody log into your account while you were gone. Check https://www.warmane.com/account/history for anything suspicious. Warmane won't compensate you for any losses, as your account's security is up to you. Only coin items can be restored.
I have the same problem... I haven't played in the last 5-6 months and I had a geared char on frostmourne and 1 5k gs char on icecrown and I forgot both accounts I mean I remember the accounts names, emails and how passwords should be but I can't log in because I'm missing something from the passwords... Can you help me with that?

They were all on icecrown, this happend once before to me and i restored them but i cant remember how.
