Swift Flying Form

Hello fellow Druids,

Do i need to do the quest for Swift Flying Form?

I checked the forums and someone wrote i can learn it from trainer. I'm lvl 70, I bought the training and a fast flying mount, but can't see the ability on class trainer. (Icecrown Server)

you may enable "unavailble" filter at druid trainer, so you can see the spell and the requirement
