Ebon quest starter - Sky-reaver Klum does not give quest

Hi I need help.

The starter chain quest for ebon from Sky-reaver Klum which located in Krasus landing does not give any quest.
I am exalted with argent crusade and kirin tor, also I have completed argent crusade quest.
