Need clear instructions of how to report a scripter so he can get banned 100%

We all know the server is full of scripters, and if the impossible stats are not enough I need a clear answer from a moderator of EXACTLY what i must record or do to get a scripter 100% BANNED! I mean 100% clear instructions like 4 stacks of maelstrom weapon casted Hex being interrupted or similar! I've heard many people complain about having recorded a guy scripting with 2-3-4-5 videos and he still isn't banned so I really need precise instructions what must be done! If they ruin our game at least we can have some relief of getting some of them BANNED!

It's funny how you're actually waiting as if this is a paid subscription service.

Unedited video evidence is the best evidence.

Idk if there's an addon or something that would record combat log with timestamps. That could be helpful.

I guess you need EXACTLY enough evidence, so it's clear, so there is no doubt whatsoever that it's lucky one-off or skill. You can send 1000 videos, but if all that can be seen is you being predictable and outplayed - nothing is going to happen.

Clearly you are a Pro so I want you to predict ONCE my 4 maelstrom stacks Hex on my 2300 soloQ ENH! We can duel 1000 times if you want, but won't help you much if you have more than 5 latency!

The expansion itself is known for being inbalanced potato for pvp, not only because stats (the inbalance PvE offsets and set bonuses bring on PvP scene), but also because on classes with pets you can script kicks/stuns directly within your macros (without need of unlocking lua or similar).
Example with warlock Spell Lock:

it's actual lua (script) macro which should be protected for spells but apparently it isn't for pet ones, you can include checks if the target is casting, what spell is being casted, etc and I doubt it's bannable since it was a thing even on retail until they fixed it on late MoP
Same goes for warlock pet dispels, hunter/dk pet abilities and everything similar
In past here, as warlock, you were able to use pet spells from non-existing units for example you are playing with succubus and you were able to use fel hunter's devour magic. I don't know if this still exist, but old players can confirm it also you can jump and test for yourself
So yeah there are a lot flaws even nowdays after that many years which should be (but are not) fixed

So you are saying that it is impossible to read the situation and what you are/will be doing, to throw interrupt because "now he will cast hex, conditions are right for that" ? Such a thing does not exist and never happened ever?

Where is the problem, I don't get it. Take videos of, idk, 5-10 times interrupts your 4stack hex, each different situation. You can even throw random hex, where it is innapropiate to use it in that fight, just to "get him". Where is the problem?
