Help me get rid of them

Hello guys. Can someone help me get rid of the guild spammers in global chat? Maybe some addon can block these massages?

Right-click on their name and select 'Ignore'.

I am using https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/spamthrottle it complete fix the spam problem for me.
