How to form ToC10HC raid?

Hello,I have been looking for a toc10 hc for some time but nobody did it so I want to form a group for it but I dont have experience as a raid leader or the knowledge of raid comps..(Im Blood DK 5.5) so I wish to know first if im well geared for it and any tips for the raid group ty.

Simply,explain wut to do coz 95% of em have fake a.ss ach.Specially when u inv ret pala explain to him bout 20 time then he will be able to do 10% of thing wut u explained.
