Lost access to main account

Hi

I've lost access to my main account and when I try to make a ticket via this account I can only select help due to a ban, how do I get help to recover my account?

I got back my account! posting from it now, but in game on blackrock my main char is simply gone. Keybinds and macros were changed so I was definitely hacked.

The character I'm missing isn't showing up in possible restoration, any hope to get it back? I've made a ticket on the site.

If a character isn't available to be restored by the player on the website, it's gone.
Either it's been too long or it doesn't meet some requirement to be restorable, and Support doesn't do manual restorations.
