BiS Stats Feral Cat - PVE

could you check my cat and give me some advices what stat I have to improve ?

I know i'm not BiS but I think i am ready to go for them (don't look at the 2nd ring).
I think i need some more haste , I am already hit capped , so when i change my wrist and the trinket for what i should look for - haste and crit ?
Also i am fully gemmed with ArP , i think i have to change some gems.
Last time when i played him was 4 5 months ago.
The gems for agility on the weapon were for my pvp.

Aim first for 4piece set, then for 74crit buffed while keeping your hit/exp/arp caps. Only after that you can focus on haste.
