no, it is not possible to transfer characters from 1 realm to an other
BUT, in case you are not aware, "Frostmourne" is a seasonal realm.
Which means it last only 1 year, then it get resetted for a fresh new start
Characters will not be lost, players will have the chance to manually move them to icecrown realm but this will be possible around 14-april 2022
