Character Restoration

Hello.
My problem here is. By mistake i deleted character that i did not want to delete instead of the one i wanted to. Now i'm in situation where it says i can restore it for free untill 2 days go by. So i deleted character like 10-15 minutes ago and i cannot use that benefit of restoring it for free (it says that i don't have enough points for restoration). And no, i didn't restore any character ever before, so that's why i'm confused - i know about 7 days cooldown. Can somebody explain and help or i just have to wait 4 days and waste 10 points for it ?

Weird, you have never restored any character before (unless they have disabled "free restoration" recently)

Btw on which realm?
What is the level of the character you are trying to restore?

Nevermind it had to be some kind of site issue or smth. It showed up after 2hours of being offline and then i couldn't log in for a while. I guess i had to wait longer for site to register that this character got deleted. Anyway I ended up restoring it.
